Product Returns
If you have purchased decoration products from Specialtrcustomo, returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Not Eligible
Custom or personalized items, used products, items without original packaging.
